Before & After
Real examples of what our hot water extraction process restores in heavily soiled carpet around Medford.
Hard-Water Traffic Lane, Hallway Carpet
A north Medford hallway with the dull, greyed-out look mineral buildup leaves in high-traffic carpet. Standard shampooing had been tried twice before with no real change. An acidic rinse step during hot water extraction lifted the mineral film that regular cleaning solution couldn’t touch.
Wildfire Smoke Residue, Living Room
After a bad fire season, this living room carpet held onto a smoke smell that came back within a day of any regular cleaning attempt. A smoke-specific deep extraction treating both fiber and pad, not just the surface, resolved it for good.
Pet Stain & Odor, Entryway Rug
An entryway rug with a set-in pet stain and odor that store-bought enzyme cleaners had only partially masked. Treating what had soaked into the backing, not just the visible stain on top, got both the mark and the smell out.
Wet-Season Mud, Mudroom Carpet
A mudroom carpet after a wet Rogue Valley winter — embedded mud and grit worked deep into the pile from months of foot traffic. Extra pre-treatment dwell time and a full extraction pass restored it without needing replacement.

FAQs
Do you take before-and-after photos of every job?
We’re building out documented photo sets from real jobs now. If seeing examples matters to your decision, ask when you call — we can often show recent completed jobs from the area.
Can heavily stained or matted carpet always be restored, or does it need replacing?
Most staining and matting responds well to proper hot water extraction, but not everything is reversible — old dye damage, sun-bleached patches, and carpet where the backing has broken down usually can’t be fully restored. We’ll tell you honestly during inspection if a spot is a lost cause rather than charge you to try.
How much difference does professional cleaning actually make versus a rental machine?
The biggest visible difference is usually in traffic lanes and pet areas — professional hot water extraction pulls out embedded soil and residue that rental machines, with their lower heat and weaker vacuum recovery, leave behind in the pad.
